The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament should adopt in the second reading and in entirety the bill to amend article 34 of the Law "On fundamentals of regulatory policy in the sphere of economic activity"

The bill (Reg.No.10426) suggests refining legal and organizational basis for the implementation of State Regulatory Policy by authorities and officials of the local government through obligatory submission of proposals to the draft regulatory act (considered by authorities and officials of the local government) by specially authorized body, which, according to article 18 of the Law, is a central body of executive power regarding State Regulatory Policy.

The implementation of the bill will enable authorities and officials of the local government to improve the quality of the draft regulatory act preparation, which will meet the principles of State Regulatory Policy in the sphere of business. The bill aims at ensuring adherence to these principles.
